Artevent
In development · first at an art market in Hengelo, NL

Less admin. More art.

Applications, selection, registration, payment and stall plans in one app. An AI agent does the work that now falls on volunteers.

For organisers

No more evenings lost to admin

The agent answers questions, sends payment reminders and prepares applications for the selection committee. The committee decides together, with every photo side by side.

For artists

Applying is a conversation, not a form

Send photos in the chat, record your motivation and ask the committee anything. When the event gets close, just call.

For visitors

Is she there? And where?

Is Anna de Vries here this year?

Yes, stall 27, on the walking route by the entrance.

Who had those blue vases last year?

Mila Jansen, ceramics, stall 14. Would you like her contact details?

An example of a conversation with the app.

Made by the secretary of an art market

I am the secretary of the Kunstmarkt Tuindorp ’t Lansink foundation in Hengelo, the Netherlands. We needed this system. Every art market does, so I am building it for everyone.

Not just for art

Any event with stalls and a selection fits: craft fairs, book markets, street fairs and festivals.

The first year free

After that, the organiser pays what it costs to run, plus 1 percent. Artists and visitors never pay for the app.
